No Refunds After Installation or Use

Once a CCTV product has been installed or used, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We strongly encourage customers to verify their order before installation to ensure that the product meets their needs.

Return Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:

  • The product is still in brand new, unused condition and has not been installed, tampered with, or used in any way.
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is accompanied by the original packaging, all accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt).

Note: Products with any signs of tampering, damage, or use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Customized CCTV systems or accessories made to specific customer specifications.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers (please refer to their respective return policies).
  • Any product that has been altered, damaged, or installed.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns, regardless of the reason for return. This fee covers inspection, processing, and repackaging of the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our official website.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to confirm its condition. Refunds will only be processed if the item meets the eligibility requirements.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 14 business days in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the situation. This does not apply if the product has been used or installed.
